Single Property Web Pages

1. What are single property web pages?
   Also called, 'Address-Driven Websites', these are pages that can be created as part of your MightyAgent account that can act like an individual website for a specific listing.  The sites are set up within your MightyAgent website and set up is fast and simple.   Sign riders with the address of the property are available through MightyAgent for a minimal charge.

 

Domain Names

1. How much should a domain cost?
   You can buy single domain names for as low as $6.95.  MightyAgent gives you a domain name as part of the set up fee.
2. My web site developer wants $50.00 for a domain name. What do I get for the additional money?
   You will have to ask the developer what you receive for the $50.00.  We find that the domain names we buy from GoDaddy or eNom work just fine!
3. I already have a domain name. Can I use it with MightyAgent?
   Yes, if you know where it is registered and have the login name and password we will transfer it to our domain name servers. 
4. I have a domain name but don't know where it is registered and don't have a login or password.
   Sorry, can't help you there!  However, we can usually find out the name of your company but then you will have to deal with them to get the login and password.

 

Content Pages

1. Can I add pages to my web site?
   You can add an unlimited number of pages to your website providing they deal with real estate and comply with your broker's rules and the rules of  your Multiple Listing Service.

 

Pricing

1. If I buy a MightyAgent site, do I have to sign a contract?
   No, MightyAgent doesn't require a contract for the payments.  You will pay a setup fee and then pay month to month.  However, MightyAgent does require a terms and conditions agreement to be signed.  In addition the agreement for the MLS you belong to, we also require that you sign an Broker Reciprocity agreement . 
2. What does the setup fee include?
   The setup fee includes all the costs of designing and setting up your site.  The fee is determined but the amount of design word required to produce your design.  Call 612-920-7112 or email Designs@MightyAgent.com

 

Designs & Setup

1. Who will design my web site?
   

   The MightyAgent design department works directly with you to create the look you want for your site. There are several options available to you for your web site design.  If you choose the $95.00 setup option, we will work with your ideas for your masthead or we will create a design for you.  We also have a $150.00 set up option where we will 'personalize' your site.  You can also hire your own designer who can work with us to design your site and the hosting will be done by MightyAgent.  This is especially useful if you have already invested money into brand or identity graphics and marketing pieces.

2. When I buy a website from MightyAgent, am I left to design it myself?
   No, we have professional designers who will create the look and feel you need to compete in today's market.  Give our design department a call at 612- 920-7112 and we'll explain the details!

Features

1. Does the $95.00 set up fee and the $39.00 per month fee include IDX/BR searches?
   Yes, IDX/BR search is included in that price.
2. How do I put the featured listings on my web site?
   You don't.  MightyAgent automatically pulls the listing from the RMLS and creates a feature listing for your web site.
3. What does the Neighborhood Market feature do for my business?
   Neighborhood Market was designed as a simple way you can stay in touch with past clients.  Everyone likes to watch prices in their own neighborhood and your current buyers can also use it to keep on top of new listings in a Neighborhood.  By simply entering an address and a radius around that address, your website sends an email to your client when a new property comes on the market.   Your website keeps your name in front of your clients!

1. Why should I choose MightyAgent?
   When you choose MightyAgent you are joining a company that is continually researching and improving features and technology.  We want to produce the best, easiest to use Internet marketing tools available to real estate agents and brokers. 
2. What if I already have a website and like the design but want MightyAgent features?
   If you like your current design and own the rights to it we can usually move the design to our system.  In some cases we may need to modify the look but we will work hard to keep the look and feel of your website.  If you do not own the rights to it, we can create a design for you that captures the look and feel of your current site.  In both cases the costs depend on the complexity of the design and we will give you a cost proposal before we start the design.
